Glevum Farm Trust - The House
The House
Aims and Objectives

With over 14 years experience, the management of Glevum Farm Trust pride ourselves on offering a highly professional care service for adults with learning difficulties, with a personal touch. We are pleased to accept long term placements for Service Users.

The Trust believes that the Service Users deserve and require a home where individuality is emphasised, with staff who have time to give attention to small detail, and where they have the choice of enjoying the company of like-minded fellow Service Users:

PRIVACY: The right of a Service User to be left alone and undisturbed whenever they wish, as appropriate.

DIGNITY: The understanding of a Service Users needs and treating them with respect.

INDEPENDENCE: Allowing a Service User to take calculated risks, to make their own decisions and think and act for themselves, based upon individual care plans.

CHOICE: Giving a Service User the opportunity to select for themselves from a range of alternative options.

RIGHTS: Protect the human rights of Service Users.

FULFILMENT: Enabling the Service User to realise their own aims and helping them to achieve these goals in all aspects of daily living.

The trust works hard to identify the needs of all service users both at work and in the home,
and to meet these needs in order to help everyone reach their potential
